Eating a healthy, balanced diet is important for everyone, but children in particular need to receive all of the necessary nutrients for growth and development.
We only provide fresh, home cooked vegetarian meals. The menu for week commencing 12 June is given below. The menu may vary a little on the day depending on the fresh ingredients we have available and, quite frankly, the mood of the children.
Where a child is not quite preschool and is able to eat solids, they will have the preschool menu.
If you have any menu suggestions, please do let us know.

The healthy man is the thin man. But you don’t need to go hungry for it: Remove the flours, starches and sugars; that’s all. ― Samael Aun Weor
