We really believe in the importance of our Mission, Values and Vision. Without this, we can't have a strategic direction for the nursery. And without the individual foundations of strong values illustrated by a vision to be undertaken by a mission, we cannot be the best for your child.
Our values, mission and vision identify us; distinguish us from other nurseries; explain our ethos to our parents, children and staff.
Mission
Little Darlings Nursery is a family-centred Early Years nursery run from the comfort of our warm and welcoming, yet impressively-equipped, home. Learning and development are at the heart of everything we do as we make the start of a child’s lifelong learning journey our top priority.
Our kind and loving team help provide a wide range of activities and experiences whilst laying the foundations for future learning. We take pride in ensuring that every child, family member and staff member is treated as a member of our family.
Values
At Little Darlings Nursery we help guide children during their precious early years towards becoming a good citizen of the community. We recognise the importance of an all-round education in line with the Department for Education’s Early Years Foundation Stage, and only employ staff members with relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge. We believe that input from parents and family members is of utmost importance and thereby include them in key decisions that affect our service.
Vision
At Little Darlings Nursery we aim to be the Early Years hub of the community. We want to develop a lasting legacy for your child through the inclusive, holistic and spiritual education that we offer.
