Date of challenge

The date of our challenge is Sunday 20^th March 2022. The time of the challenge is 11:45am GMT.

This is the day that you can be an official Guinness World Records breaker by simply brushing your teeth for 1 minute.

The challenge will take place online – so you will need internet connection using your mobile phone, a desktop, laptop or tablet. You will also need to have your camera turned on so that your challenge can be seen by the GWR judges.

To take part in this challenge, please complete one of the forms below. You will then be Officially Amazing and part of a world record!
