We have had a recent example where two of our children got outstanding results in a LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) exam. In the examination report, words like these were used:
• “… and communicated with ease and confidence.”
• “you have a bright, expressive voice that was clear and well projected …”
• “You maintained concentration in the conversation …”
• “… you spoke with increasing confidence and understood the story …”
As you will be aware, we now have two additional assistants who have joined our setting in the last few months. The main reason for this is so that we can pay more attention to the children in their play and development. This now also allows us to roll out the concept of “Key Person”.
