As we celebrate Diwali with our families and friends, it’s a good time to reflect what India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s values teach us living in the UK.
The UK government has outlined the values it expects in its Prevent Duty Guidance notes. As a nursery, we are obliged to promote British Values – defined as "democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance for those with different faiths and beliefs".
Do these correlate with Narendra Modi’s values?
